Dr. William Hoo 于 2006 年毕业于马来西亚理科大学（USM），并自 2010 年起在 Anna Hoo Clinic 展开美容医学执业。他持有马来西亚卫生部颁发的 LCP（Letter of Credentialing & Privileging）执业准证，自 2016 年起正式获认可为美容医学执业医生（AMP）。此外，他也考获 American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine 颁发的文凭，并曾担任 Malaysian Society of Aesthetic Medicine（MSAM）的委员。
