Pengamal Perubatan Estetik Bertauliah
Dr. William Hoo menamatkan pengajian di Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) pada tahun 2006 dan memulakan amalan estetik beliau di Anna Hoo Clinic pada tahun 2010. Beliau memegang lesen LCP (Letter of Credentialing & Privileging) daripada Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM), yang secara rasmi mengiktiraf beliau sebagai Pengamal Perubatan Estetik (AMP) sejak 2016. Selain itu, beliau memperoleh diploma daripada American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine dan pernah berkhidmat sebagai ahli jawatankuasa Malaysian Society of Aesthetic Medicine (MSAM).
Berpegang teguh pada pendekatan berasaskan bukti, Dr. William mengkhusus dalam estetik wajah, rawatan suntikan (injectables) dan rawatan tanpa pembedahan yang memberikan hasil yang kelihatan semula jadi. Beliau percaya bahawa kecantikan berkait rapat dengan kesihatan, dan kepercayaan inilah yang membimbing pendekatan holistik beliau untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dalaman serta penampilan luaran. Falsafah beliau, “Kesihatan dalaman melahirkan kecantikan luaran,” menjadi asas kepada amalan beliau.
