Dr. Ian Tan memperoleh ijazah perubatan dari Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) pada tahun 2006 dan telah menjadi sebahagian daripada pasukan Anna Hoo Clinic sejak 2014. Sebagai pemegang LCP (Letter of Credentialing & Privileging) yang diperakui oleh Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) dan pemegang diploma dari American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, beliau memberi tumpuan kepada rawatan estetik tubuh.
Dr. Ian mengamalkan pendekatan yang tidak invasif dan berasaskan bukti, dengan menggabungkan prosedur estetik bersama panduan pemakanan serta gaya hidup bagi menangani keperluan individu. Beliau menyokong konsep menua dengan baik, dan percaya bahawa walaupun masa tidak dapat diundur, individu masih boleh menjaga penampilan dan kesejahteraan diri melalui pendekatan yang seimbang. Rawatan beliau dirancang untuk membantu pesakit berusaha ke arah matlamat estetik dan kesejahteraan mereka secara berkesan.
